Owner/Operator - Kamado Ramen, Kung Fu Tea, & Tous Les Jours
As a local restauranteur, Jim loves to travel and explore concepts in different states across the country, especially in New York. He uses these travel experiences as inspiration to bring new concepts to Huntsville.
"I love the unique qualities that MidCity is bringing to Huntsville as a new entertainment district and am happy that we are able to be part of the growth in MidCity and Huntsville as a whole."
Jim currently has three concepts at MidCity - he recommends trying the Tonkotsu Ramen from Kamado, a Matcha Milk Tea with Boba on the side from Kung Fu Tea, and the red bean bun from Tous Les Jours for dessert.

Horticulturist + Landscape Manager - TELOS
As part of TELOS, MidCity's internal property management team, Sarah's role is to beautify the District's landscape with lush shrubs, beautiful flowers, and new trees. At MidCity, we pride ourselves on prioritizing green spaces between the buildings and sidewalks to create a nice experience as you walk from point to point.
“Biophilic design between the landscape and the buildings is crucial in MidCity because it helps draw people in and connects them to their surroundings in a natural and positive way. My favorite practice for a commercial landscape is to create a finished product that reflects a business's personality and makes both economic and aesthetic sense!”

Project Manager - Urban Design Associates
Based in Pittsburgh, Ashleigh has had her thumbprint in Huntsville for over 6 years now. Ashleigh is involved with the ever-evolving master plan and design review of MidCity, collaborating with her team to design how the District feels from the perspective of someone walking down its streets.
"I think about MidCity every day. It's been truly incredible to watch it grow from an idea sketched out on trace paper to a real place. Nothing is more magical than the design workshops I've been able to work on. The beautiful, fast-paced collaboration of so many partners and the dedication of RCP to see it through is always inspiring to be part of."

Project Manager - ARCO Murray
Madeline is a lead Project Manager on Metronome, MidCity's first apartment community to open. Her job entails managing Metronome’s design, buyout, schedule, budget, and trade coordination alongside the other project managers and superintendents on the project team.
“My favorite part about Metronome is its unique façade. It was difficult to buyout with all the different materials and colors across the project, BUT there was no better feeling than seeing it come to life! A favorite memory is the day that brick first arrived on the job - after multiple meetings with Looney Ricks Kiss, RCP, and UDA - working together to find the right products for Metronome.”

Executive Director - MidCity District Association
Lindsey wears many hats. Her first roles at MidCity included Marketing and Property Activation - a founding member of The Camp - spearheading Camp activations for its first 2 years of business. As Executive Director of MidCity District Association, Lindsey works with a talented team to activate, market, amplify, and support our District's tenants, owners, and patrons.
Lindsey founded The Market at MidCity in 2019. “Our market started small with around 10-12 vendors and has blossomed into one of the largest farmers markets in Alabama with nearly 50 vendors each Sunday. Empowering our vendors to succeed and being a welcoming place for all community members is our priority.”

Community Manager - Metronome at MidCity
Originally from a quiet, small town near the Shoals Area, Briana is the driving force behind Metronome - MidCity’s first residential community. Briana witnessed the transformation from construction to community and is a resident herself.
She tells us the best part of living at Metronome is being in the heart of MidCity. "I find myself walking to Salt Factory, The Camp, Trader Joe's – you name it, all the time! It's seriously the best walkable community you could ask for. My favorite amenity and pastime is chilling at the rooftop lounge, enjoying music from the Orion’s concerts - all while hanging by the firepit!”
